Here is the gist of some wise, practical and tested advice from Chris Hadfield, a retired Astronaut.
(Think of how long Astronauts have to spend in isolation in space.
Often with very few companion Astronauts.)
Astronaut Chris Hadfield's advice (applied to our Covid19 situation)
1
.Understand the Covid19 risks as best you can.
This helps reduce that "nebulous" blog of fear lurking out there.
2
Set up a wish list for the period of isolation.
Set up a "to do" list each day.
This will give you a real sense of purpose.
Include the every day things you must do as well.
Simple advice? Yes.
Tested advice? Yes
Profoundly useful advice? Undoubtedly.
Remember
Proverbs 4:5-6 King James Version (KJV)
5 Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.
6 Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.
Praise the Lord
